, we are committed to delivering high-quality job application delegation services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled to ensure fairness for both our clients and our operations team.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Because our service involves manual labor, customized document preparation, and immediate operational costs, the following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Services Already Rendered:

    Any subscription period where we have already commenced work (e.g., optimized your resume or submitted even a single application).
  • Consultancy Time:

    Any fees paid for resume review or 1-on-1 strategy calls that have already taken place.
  • Outcome Dissatisfaction:

    We do not guarantee interviews or job offers. A lack of response from employers is not grounds for a refund, provided we have submitted the agreed-upon volume of applications.

3. Eligible Refunds

We will process a full or partial refund only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment:

    If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.
  • Non-Delivery:

    If we fail to begin the service (i.e., submit zero applications) within 3 business days of receiving your complete onboarding data.

4. Subscription Cancellation

  • How to Cancel:

    You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by emailing us.
  • Effect of Cancellation:

    Cancellation stops future billing. You will continue to receive the service until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds once the cycle has started.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    Include your Transaction ID, the date of purchase, and a clear reason for the request.

6. Processing Time & Method

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. We cannot refund to a different account or via cash.
