1. Acceptance of Terms

. By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, or using our job application delegation services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

References to ‘Hirester.tech’, ‘we’, or ‘us’ mean the partnership firm

and its partners, acting within the scope of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.

2. Description of Service

Hirester.tech

acts as your "Career Copilot" and administrative assistant. Our services include:
  • Curating job listings based on your provided preferences.
  • Filling out and submitting job applications on your behalf to third-party employers.
  • Optimizing resumes and cover letters for specific applications.
  • Providing proof of work via shared folders (e.g., Google Drive) or status reports.

Important:

We are an application support service, not a recruitment agency. We do not represent employers, nor do we have the authority to hire candidates.

3. No Guarantee of Employment

By using Hirester.tech, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We
    DO NOT
    guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment.
  • Our role is strictly limited to the submission of applications. The hiring decision rests solely with the third-party employer.
  • A lack of interview calls is not valid grounds for a refund, provided we have fulfilled our obligation of submitting the agreed-upon volume of applications.

4. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

By purchasing a plan, you explicitly authorize Hirester.tech and its authorized representatives to:

  • Create candidate profiles on job boards and career sites in your name.
  • Submit your personal data, resume, and cover letters to prospective employers.
  • Agree to third-party terms of service (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse) on your behalf solely for the purpose of submitting an application.

Limitation of Authorization:

Such authorization is limited strictly to the submission of job applications and does not extend to making financial, legal, or contractual commitments on your behalf.

5. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information regarding your education, experience, and identity.

Liability for False Info:

Hirester.tech is not responsible for any consequences arising from false or misleading information found in your resume or application materials. You bear full liability for the content of your applications.

6. Payment & Subscription

  • Fees:
    Services are billed in advance according to the plan selected (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly).
  • Renewal:
    Unless cancelled, subscriptions may auto-renew based on the terms displayed at checkout.
  • Refunds:
    Refund eligibility shall be determined solely based on service delivery (number of applications submitted) and not on outcomes such as interviews or job offers. Generally, once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

7. Account & Communication Security

Currently, our services may be delivered via Email, WhatsApp, or a dedicated Dashboard. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your email account and any credentials provided.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your communication channels.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hirester.tech website (including text, logos, graphics, and software code) is the exclusive property of Hirester.tech and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our branding or content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirester.tech (including its partners, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost opportunities or loss of data).
  • Rejection of applications by third-party ATS systems.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless

HIRESTERTECH

and its partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising due to false information provided by the user or misuse of the service.

11. Force Majeure

Hirester.tech shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including system outages, third-party platform changes, natural disasters, internet service provider failures, or government actions.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

Our service involves interacting with third-party websites (e.g., Company Career Pages, LinkedIn). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms (e.g., providing fraudulent documents, abusing our support team, or using the service for unlawful purposes).

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Hyderabad. Subject to arbitration, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
